What is in a Happy Rebel Box?

Each Happy Rebel Box is its own unique collection. Each box will contain 4-6 items that will vary box to box, so you will never receive the same types of items repeatedly. Each box could contain jewelry, fashion accessories, home decor, beauty products, as well as other various lifestyle items that fit the collection of the box as well as the Happy Rebel modern and edgy style.

How does the Happy Rebel Box subscription work?

The Happy Rebel Box is shipped four times per year. Your card is charged on the first day of each shipping month. There are no contracts or fees. You are free to cancel your seasonal subscription box any time after your first box has been shipped.

There is also a prepaid annual subscription option. You can save $20 by purchasing a full year membership instead of being charged season by season.

How do I know which non-profit organizations Happy Rebel is donating box profits to?

Each box will contain more information on the organization that is benefitting from that season’s box. Also, keep an eye on our social media outlets for more details!

Do I customize the contents of my boxes?

Sometimes. Receiving a box of surprise goodies curated by our team is half the fun! Some boxes may have item variations where members can select their preferred color / size / etc. If this is the case, members will be prompted to make their selections via email.

I just joined! When will I receive my first box?

To receive the current seasons box as the first box of your new subscription, sign up must occur before the end of that shipping month. New subscriptions starting after the end of the shipping month will receive the following box as the first box of their subscription. If the current box is still available, it can be purchased individually from the online shop. Please note that each box could sell out at any time, even before the box is shipped to members. Example: The spring box, shipped March 21st, will be the first box of new subscriptions purchased January 1st through March 31st. New subscriptions starting April 1st will receive the summer box as their first box. The spring box will be available for individual purchase in the online shop until it sells out.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged up front when you join. This pays for your first box. The subsequent recharge dates for future boxes are as follows:

Spring: March 1

Summer: June 1

Fall: September 1

Winter: December 1

Seasonal Happy Rebel Box Subscriptions are charged on the date you sign up, then automatically on the standard seasonal rebill cycle date (each, a “Subscription”) until cancelled by you.

The Annual Happy Rebel Box Membership is charged on the date you sign up, then will renew at the annual price on the standard rebill cycle date corresponding with the renewal season of your subscription until cancelled by you.

When does the box for each season ship?

Spring: March 21

Summer: June 21

Fall: September 21

Winter: December 15

If the projected shipment date is a holiday or weekend, the box will ship on the following business day.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and Canada. For our Happy Rebels in other countries, we suggest using a mail forwarding service like Shipito . It is a very cost-effective option for customers abroad who order from the United States fairly frequently.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping address changes can be made from your online account, or by contacting us . All address changes will apply to future shipments that have not yet had a shipping label generated. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please note your box will be delivered without signature confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe shipping address. Happy Rebel is not liable for boxes stolen or lost in transit

What if I didn’t receive my box?

In the case that your Happy Rebel Box does not arrive, contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your tracking information, and let us investigate for you! Any refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Happy Rebel, and we are not responsible for boxes shipped to incorrect addresses, or lost or stolen in transit.

What if any of my items arrived damaged?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving the damaged item and include photographs of the damaged products, and we will make it right.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Wait! Don’t go! Did you know you have access to skip shipments at any time by logging into your account?

Subscribers can cancel any time and there are no cancellation fees. In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us .

All cancellations will apply to future charges. Charges already incurred cannot be refunded.

Do you accept returns?

All purchases are final sale and nonrefundable, and any box returned by a customer, all or in part, will not be eligible for a refund.
